ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineer specializing in Ventilation to join our Technical Infrastructure Department at our offices in Spain.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Design and calculation of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Collaborative work with other disciplines throughout the various design and construction phases of a project.
• Development of engineering documents such as design reports, calculation reports, schematics, single-line diagrams, site plans, etc.
• Communication and coordination with the BIM/CAD modeling team.
• Development of data sheets and technical specifications for equipment, including contacting suppliers and vendors.

ABOUT YOU
Don't hesitate to apply if...
• You have a degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Industrial, or similar Civil Engineering.
• You have worked in a technical office and have 3 to 8 years of experience in the design of these types of installations (axial/centrifugal fans, ventilation stations, air handling units, ducts, grilles, silencers, dampers, etc.). Experience in tunnel or infrastructure projects will be valued.
• You are proficient in using calculation and simulation tools, including aerodynamics/CFD (FDS, Ansys Fluent, Camatt, IDA Tunnel, etc.).
• You are comfortable working in a BIM environment.
• You are a team player with a strong technical background.
• You are self-motivated and have an innovative mindset.
• You speak advanced English.
• And above all... you are eager to learn in an international company like IDOM.
