PROPOSITO GENERAL DEL PUESTO:

Realizar e implementar planes de mantenimiento y reparaciones de componentes y equipos mineros de perforación de superficie tipo Rotary, asegurando la correcta asignación de recursos humanos, materiales y repuestos, así como la gestión logística y coordinación de trabajos de terceros, procurando entregar un servicio de calidad dentro de los plazos estipulados.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

  • Planificar y coordinar mantenimiento en talleres y contratos, incluyendo distribución de personal técnico.

  • Elaborar planes de mantenimiento y cronogramas (Cartas Gantt), controlando tiempos, recursos y costos.

  • Gestionar repuestos, órdenes de compra y documentación en plataformas como Senegocia y IBM Máximo.

  • Coordinar recepción y despacho de equipos y componentes.

  • Generar informes técnicos y reportar indicadores mensuales.

  • Mantener procesos de planificación actualizados y participar en implementación de software.

  • Proyectar dotación y ocupación de instalaciones trimestralmente.

  • Cumplir con el plan EHS y asistir a capacitaciones para desarrollo profesional.

SU PERFIL:

  • Título en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Industrial, Automatización o afín.

  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años de experiencia en cargo similar en minería (excluyente).

  • Conocimiento en equipos de perforación de superficie tipo Rotary (deseable).

  • Manejo de software de planificación (SAP, Project, Aurora, IBM Máximo, entre otros).

  • Manejo de MS Office avanzado (deseable).

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (deseable).

OTROS:

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en sistema de turno, según lo requiere el negocio.

  • Licencia de conducir clase B, mínimo 3 años de antigüedad (excluyente).

  • Residencia en Región de Antofagasta (deseable).
