As a small, design-focused studio, you'll have direct exposure to every phase of the architectural process—from concept through to construction—on beautifully crafted, detail-driven projects.

Como un estudio enfocado en el diseño, tendrás exposición directa a todas las fases del proceso arquitectónico—desde el concepto hasta la construcción—en proyectos cuidadosamente diseñados y detallados.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop construction-grade drawings under your supervisor's guidance, focusing on one project at a time.
  • Complete technical specs in coordination with design direction, your supervisor, and suppliers.
  • Research materials, lighting, furniture, and finishes throughout the design process.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
  • Translate hand-drawn sketches into accurate AutoCAD plans.
  • Proactively propose solutions and improvements when facing technical or operational challenges.
  • Request and manage quotes from suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Grow into design decision-making as you gain experience.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar planos constructivos bajo la supervisión de tu superior, enfocado/a en un proyecto a la vez.
  • Completar especificaciones técnicas en coordinación con proveedores, diseño y dirección.
  • Investigar materiales, luminarias, mobiliario y acabados durante el proceso de diseño.
  • Comunicar y coordinar eficientemente por email, WhatsApp y llamadas telefónicas.
  • Traducir bocetos a mano alzada a planos precisos en AutoCAD.
  • Proponer soluciones cuando surjan conflictos técnicos o constructivos.
  • Solicitar y coordinar presupuestos con proveedores y fabricantes.
  • Tomar decisiones de diseño a medida que adquieras experiencia.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional architectural office.
  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • Strong design sensibility and the ability to communicate visually through sketching, modeling, and drawing.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; desire to master it is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with high-end materials and custom millwork.
  • Understanding of MEP coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A curious, driven, and passionate mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Interest in construction assemblies and technical detailing.
  • Desire to grow with a small, dynamic team.
  • Spanish fluency required; English is a strong plus.
  • Must be a Chilean citizen or have a valid work visa for Chile.

Requisitos:

  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia profesional en oficina de arquitectura.
  • Título profesional en Arquitectura.
  • Capacidad para diseñar, dibujar, modelar y comunicar visualmente.
  • Dominio de AutoCAD (imprescindible); ganas de convertirse en experto, valoradas.
  • Conocimiento de materiales de alta gama y carpintería a medida.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de especialidades.
  • Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Mentalidad curiosa, apasionada y proactiva.
  • Atención al detalle.
  • Interés por comprender ensambles constructivos y detalles arquitectónicos.
  • Deseo de crecer con un equipo dinámico.
  • Español fluido; inglés es un plus.
  • Ciudadanía chilena o visa vigente para trabajar en Chile.
