Directing the sales strategy for your territory, you will be responsible for defining tactics and action plans to attract, engage, and win net new business for the organisation within LATAM.

Your duties will include developing leads within key accounts and new logos, working closely with clients to understand their challenges, creating strategies for change, winning buy-in for recommendations, and collaborating with your established network and internal resources to deliver positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional territory activities across LATAM, ensuring consistent execution of strategic initiatives and fostering strong customer engagement.
  • Drive new logo acquisition by identifying and developing enterprise sales opportunities through industry insights, professional networks, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and implement territory/customer sales playbooks and attack plans, aligning with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Forecast expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; regularly review performance.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by monitoring trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Inform internal teams about competitive landscape and market changes.
  • Build strong internal partnerships to deliver customer expectations and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with partners for lead and revenue generation.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in IP Video, CDN, Telecommunications, or adjacent fields, with high technical aptitude for mapping business challenges to technical solutions in LATAM.
  • 7+ years in software sales or carrier sales/product environments.
  • Proven business development skills with a track record of acquiring new logos through direct and indirect channels.
  • Demonstrated success in leading commercial direction and overachieving targets.
  • Experience managing and selling to large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with forecasting and strategic sales planning processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous).
  • Languages: English and Spanish.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

Eligibility

  • Candidate must be eligible to work in LATAM countries relevant to the position.
  • Travel as required to meet business and customer commitments.
