Job Description
Senior consulting position for functional implementation and deployment of Oracle Netsuite systems, focused on ERP solutions. Position is for remote workers with regional scope (customers based mainly in Latin America), collaborating regionally and/or globally.

  • 4+ years of experience implementing ERP solutions
  • 2+ years of experience implementing Netsuite ERP end to end, or similar systems (preferably cloud/based)
  • Demostrated experience working remotely in implementation projects
  • Demostrated expertise in ERP business processes, typically supported by a consistent academic background in industrial engineering, business administration, accounting, or other business process oriented specializations.
  • Some experience and disposition to working with web technologies such as XML, HTML and database technologies such as SQL, in order to have autonomy with basic setup and minor customization

Language

  • Spanish (required)
  • English (expected but flexible)
  • Portuguese (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Functional consulting for Netsuite implementations
  • Translate business needs to system implementation and setup
  • Help customers adopt a standard solution
  • Configure and set up Netsuite (mainly ERP)
  • Document standard setup, meetings and functional definitions for customizations
  • Present and position convincing solutions leveraging multiple arguments
  • Coordinate own agenda. Time management across multiple assignments
  • Apply critical thinking beyond established protocols and known approaches
  • Estimate effort for known tasks
  • Interact with external customers
  • Research features, processes and modules
  • Might be involved in supporting estimations during sales processes
  • Might coach junior consultants
  • Might lead or support internal initiatives related to method or specific skills
  • Might track and lead specific projects or tracks

Responsibilities
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
