¿Qué es TBrein?

A través de TBrein ayudamos a medianas y grandes empresas a escalar su marketing usando inteligencia de datos: 

  • Buyer Personas avanzados

: Segmentación del cliente ideal usando bases de datos con información socioeconómica, propiedades, ingresos y variables geográficas.
- Clones (audiencias similares)

: Creación de audiencias lookalike en 
Meta Ads

, basadas en compradores reales, para maximizar conversión y eficiencia.

 
Tu desafío

Serás responsable de diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing que conecten datos, audiencias y performance: 

  • Diseñar, liderar y optimizar campañas estratégicas en 
    Meta Ads

.
- Analizar resultados y optimizar continuamente el 
ROI

.
- Presentar insights, aprendizajes y recomendaciones de alto valor a clientes.
- Gestionar relaciones con clientes estratégicos, entendiendo sus objetivos de negocio.
- Colaborar con equipos internos para alinear campañas, buyer personas y clones.
- Ajustar y escalar campañas utilizando herramientas avanzadas de segmentación.

 
Lo que buscamos en ti

  • Al menos 
    3 años de experiencia

en marketing digital.
- Dominio sólido de 
Meta Ads

y estrategias de audiencias.
- Enfoque 
data-driven

: sabes leer KPIs y tomar decisiones basadas en resultados.
- Habilidades de comunicación y fuerte orientación al cliente.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad 
híbrida
