Como
Software Project Lead
en Mercado Libre, diseñarás y escalarás sistemas innovadores y seguros que resuelven problemas reales y de alto impacto. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, modelos de IA propios y aprendizaje continuo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina.

Imagináte emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y
siendo responsable de
:

  • Co-crear soluciones técnicas que permitan optimizar y eficientizar el uso de los recursos de nuestro equipo de CX y definir una estrategia y roadmap para poder alcanzar un Entrenamiento con IA.
  • Diseñar soluciones técnicas de alto rendimiento, escalabilidad y de producto que potencien las capacidades de asignación de casos y predicción de los tiempos de atención de nuestros usuarios.
  • Acompañar en la planificación, estimación y priorización de los desarrollos según prioridades definidas con producto y otros líderes de proyecto.
  • Velar por un alto nivel de calidad de desarrollo incorporando, aplicando y promoviendo buenas prácticas de clean architecture, clean code y POO.
  • Participar en las definiciones de las iniciativas de producto o técnica, coordinando asignaciones y seguimiento del equipo.

¿Qué buscamos en vos?

  • Contar con interés genuino en desarrollo de producto y soluciones para nuestros usuarios finales y para nuestros representantes de atención.
  • Tener experiencia en algunos de los lenguajes del Stack Meli como Golang, ReactJs, NodeJs, etc
  • Contar con experiencia en liderazgo técnico con equipos de desarrollo
  • Tener experiencia en diseño e implementación de productos digitales utilizando metodologías ágiles de desarrollo de producto.
  • Tener la capacidad para liderar decisiones técnicas y colaborar en un ambiente ágil y dinámico.
