We are a well established footwear company based in the United States, specializing in licensed and branded footwear for children and adults. We work with major global licenses and sell across large retailers and e commerce platforms.

We are looking for a Footwear Designer based in Chile to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design footwear styles for kids and youth categories
• Create clear tech packs including materials, colors, trims, and artwork placement
• Develop new concepts based on brand guidelines and market trends
• Communicate with factories regarding design revisions and samples
• Assist with seasonal line planning and updates to existing styles

Requirements

• Experience in footwear design (kids footwear is a plus)
• Strong understanding of materials, construction, and fit
• Ability to create tech packs and design files (Illustrator preferred)
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating with an international team
