The finance director is responsible for the company's financial operation in terms of financing, compliance with accounting and fiscal regulation at local, international and group level. Supervises directly Accounting functions, Finance area, Tax, Treasury, Pricing. Is responsible to ensure the timely registry and reporting of all the accounting documents for Ayvens Chile (Client invoicing, suppliers, debit and credit notes, accounting adjustments, etc).
Strong organizational and people management skills are expected in order to manage the day to day activities as well as the unforeseen actions needed for the development of the operation of Ayvens in Chile.
Knowledge and Experience
Degree in accounting, economics, management and or similar with a minimum of 7 years' experience in which 5 should leading finance departments.
Skills and Competencies
Leadership and people management, organization and time management, performance under stress, advanced knowledge of excel.
Good level of English, the Finance Director should be able to hold a professional conversation, read and write correctly.
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, capabilities and willingness to learn the language are a must.
