Your role at Clorox:
Sumaremos a nuestro equipo de Trade Marketing un/a Customer Developer, responsable de definir y ejecutar la estrategia del canal tradicional, liderando iniciativas de Retail Customer Marketing (RCM) como campañas, promociones y materiales POP y la gestión de agencias.

Actuará como partner de Marketing y Ventas, identificando oportunidades por marca y canal para impulsar volumen incremental, distribución y visibilidad, evaluando continuamente los resultados para maximizar el impacto de las acciones comerciales.

In this role, you will:
Principales desafíos:

  • Definir y liderar la estrategia del canal tradicional, priorizando oportunidades por marca, segmento y cliente, en línea con los objetivos comerciales y los presupuestos disponibles.
  • Analizar la segmentación del canal e identificar insights clave para diseñar planes de activación diferenciados que impulsen cobertura, mix y frecuencia de compra.
  • Diseñar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a promociones, campañas y activaciones en punto de venta, asegurando visibilidad, correcta implementación y preferencia de marca.
  • Actuar como partner estratégico de Ventas y Marketing, coordinando la ejecución de los planes comerciales a través de la fuerza de ventas y distribuidores.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto de Sales Promotion, controlando la inversión y maximizando el retorno a través del análisis de gasto vs. resultados.
  • Monitorear el desempeño del canal mediante KPIs y dashboards, identificando desvíos, oportunidades y acciones de mejora continua.
  • Realizar visitas periódicas a puntos de venta para auditar la calidad de ejecución y detectar oportunidades de crecimiento.

What we look for:

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en roles de Trade Marketing, Customer Development o Comercial, idealmente en empresas de Consumo Masivo
  • Experiencia en canal tradicional, liderando estrategias de Trade Marketing, promociones, activaciones y acciones de merchandising en punto de venta.
  • Sólida experiencia en gestión de presupuestos promocionales y análisis de retorno de inversión (ROI).
  • Experiencia trabajando de forma transversal con Marketing, Ventas, Distribuidores y agencias.
  • Manejo de KPIs comerciales del canal tradicional (distribución, surtido, visibilidad, SOS, volumen incremental) y elaboración de reportes de performance.
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés.
  • Excel avanzado para análisis y seguimiento de resultados.
  • Conocimientos deseables en Power BI o herramientas de visualización de datos.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, con capacidad para construir relaciones colaborativas y trabajar con múltiples stakeholders.
