Food Server

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server at Hotel Mari Mari, located in the scenic Natural Reserve Experience of Los Muermos. The Food Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and serving food and beverage orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring meal presentation meets guest expectations, and assisting the kitchen staff when necessary. This role requires a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork to ensure an overall excellent dining experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and address their needs effectively
• Expertise in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations to deliver high-quality dining.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus
• Proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred
