As a Senior Software Engineering Manager on the Digital Emerging Tech & Innovation team, you will play a pivotal role in driving technological advancements and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders from business, product, and design, as well as other engineering leaders, to provide innovative technology solutions for the company.

What is your background?

  • Bachelor / Masters' degree in a relevant field of education and / or work experience leading successful projects and coaching / mentoring others in functional area. 
  • 7+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing, mentoring, developing, growing ICs and Engineering Managers − Experience successfully delivering timely, high-quality software
  • Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and concepts. 
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies. 
  • Experience with cloud technologies and modern development tools. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
