Your Impact

As a Scaled Scrum Lead within Cisco IT, you will play a pivotal role in driving Agile practices across multiple teams in alignment with Cisco's IT Ways of Working and Guiding Principles. You will facilitate scaled Agile ceremonies, foster collaboration, and ensure delivery excellence while embodying Cisco's culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Agile ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, retrospectives) across multiple Scrum teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Portfolio Managers, and other stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and impediments in a scaled Agile environment.
• Promote and embed Cisco's Guiding Principles—"Think Really Big," "Play to Win," and "Drive Durable Growth"—within teams to foster innovation, accountability, and customer focus.
• Coach teams and leaders on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and Cisco IT's ways of working to enhance team performance and delivery quality.
• Facilitate transparent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive durable growth and seamless execution.
• Monitor and report on Agile metrics to leadership, ensuring continuous alignment with business priorities and customer outcomes.
• Support change management and adoption of Agile tools and processes, including Jira Cloud and Team Space, to enhance team intelligence and engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading Agile practices in a scaled environment, preferably within a large enterprise IT organization.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience leading delivery of technical programs
• 5+ years of experience operating within the Software Development Lifecycle
• 2+ years managing large enterprise projects (efforts that require the collaboration of 5 or more technical delivery teams)
• 4+ years of experience in a role focused in stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco experience or knowledge of Cisco's internal tools and culture.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive collaboration and influence across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Cisco's IT culture and Guiding Principles is highly desirable.
