Citric Sheep are on the lookout for the next AI Software Engineer to join our flock. Here you will develop cutting-edge AI solutions that transform the impossible into the possible.

Your work will focus on LLMs, traditional ML/AI, computer vision and Python system development across multiple high-impact projects.

What You'll Do

You will be working with a 100% remote team to develop and maintain AI software systems in an integrated way. This encompasses the full software lifecycle — from initial concept and prototyping to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Architect the Future - Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that power our groundbreaking AI applications
  • Bring Data to Life - Implement sophisticated data-driven algorithms and models across diverse projects that transform raw information into actionable intelligence
  • Ensure Excellence - Conduct in-depth data analysis and rigorous model validation to guarantee robust, accurate, and trustworthy AI systems
  • Build the Infrastructure - Develop and optimize seamless data pipelines and ETL processes that form the backbone of our AI ecosystem
  • Craft Quality Code - Write elegant, efficient, reusable, and reliable code that stands the test of time and empowers future innovation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional Python software development
  • Professional level English
  • Collaborative techniques (Github, project management software, time logging, etc)

Beneficial Skills:

  • LLM / ML / AI experience
  • Software architecture knowledge and design
  • PyTorch / Tensorflow / Keras / Pandas / Jupyter
  • SQL / NoSQL / Vector databases
  • Unit testing and testable software design
  • Pycharm / Cursor IDEs
  • Knowledge of cloud computing environments
  • CI/CD deployments using containerisation
