The Senior Backend Developer will play a key role in designing and maintaining the backend systems that power a high-performance, global digital asset platform. This role focuses on developing scalable, secure, and low-latency services while contributing to new features, integrations, and innovative product offerings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and security teams. You will leverage your expertise in , microservices, and databases to enhance platform reliability, performance, and security. Your work will directly impact the experience of a global user base, supporting real-time trading, blockchain integration, and advanced financial services. Continuous learning, problem-solving, and innovation are central to success in this role. Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using and microservices architecture
  • Build secure, reliable, and scalable APIs and backend processes for enterprise-grade applications
  • Implement new products, features, and platform enhancements using agile development methodologies
  • Ensure system performance and responsiveness at scale, supporting global user growth and high-availability requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, security, and frontend engineering to define requirements and deliver solutions
  • Integrate with blockchain and other financial technologies while maintaining best-in-class security standards
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and participate in on-call rotations if required
  • Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team
