**The Position**
As Communications Coordinator you will assume responsibilities of developing, planning and execution of communications strategy and activities to improve corporate reputation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and agencies.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement our corporate storytelling.
- Plan, coordinate, implement and oversight corporate communications on Novo Nordisk’s initiatives and enhance corporate reputation
- Develop and disseminate content and materials (including press releases, fact sheets, background materials, ads, publications and digital content for social media and website) for media and the general public, while ensuring that all content complies with relevant quality standards; liaise with media, both proactively and reactively, manage incoming requests from the press and identify innovative communication channels to reach key audiences; monitor and analyse the media environment to identify opportunities and create insights relevant to the business
- Coordinate internal communications efforts consistent with the organisation's strategic vision and mission in close collaboration with Human Resources and provide communication support to business divisions as and when needed
**Qualifications**
- University degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration or similar (postgraduate educational level is desirable)
- Advanced English & Spanish
- At least four years of work experience in the field of external & internal communications are required for this position
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge in health and/or science communication
