And with the Support and SRE part of our group, we provide the end-to-end customer experience and high satisfaction in the post-implementation phase.
As a part of the Google Cloud Team, you will help design, incubate, and ramp up capabilities for delivering Google Cloud and Hybrid Cloud solutions. With us, you will participate in cloud-oriented projects of different sizes and scales. This includes migrations, consulting, cloud-enabling, helping to onboard new opportunities into our company, and spreading the expertise and professional culture across the organization.
**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:
- Participating in architectural service executions such as Discovery, Assessment, and Architectural Project Support
- Leading engineering teams to implement the solution guided by the defined architecture vision
- Talking to the business to understand business and technical requirements. Communicating technical constraints and decisions to the business
- Facilitating cooperation of all the stakeholders define and prioritizing architectural drivers for the solution
- Translating customers’ business, functional, and non-functional requirements into high-quality solution design visions and operations plan consistent with enterprise architectural standards using Attribute Driven Design
- Driving or assisting in project implementation estimation and roadmap construction
**YOU ARE**:
- An experienced professional having the following expertise_
- 2+ years working in an Architect role including designing, building, and maintaining complex, cloud-based solutions
- 2+ years with Linux Operating System
- Designing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.) and practicing with Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and solid experience in Infrastructure as Code (principles, tools, best practices)
- Google Cloud and proven background working and configuring major PaaS/IaaS services
- Strong scripting skills (Python or Shell)
- Deploying, monitoring, and administration of databases
- Creation of technical specifications or architecture visions covering quality attributes, diagrams, associated risks, technical and system requirements
- Successful leading/guiding teams of engineers
- Designing, monitoring, and gathering metrics platforms
- Knowledge of configuration management systems (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Managing technical pre-sale activities (presentations, workshops, etc.)
- C-level presentation skills
- Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate level of English (both conversational and written)
**Desirable skills**:
- Competitive public Clouds (AWS or Azure)
- Python, or Go
- GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification
