PERFORMANCE MARKETER
WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT
- Develop user acquisition and paid media strategies to accelerate our growing business
- Oversee and run lead generation campaigns with a focus on scaled, repeatable performance
- Manage a broader team of marketers and leverage growth together for our business
- Identify and test new user acquisition (organic & paid) approaches
- Develop, test, and execute hypotheses to improve performance of campaigns
- Analyze your campaigns and report results to Senior Management
YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years in performance marketing positions, preferably in an agency and/or retail marketing environment
- Track record of creating and handling paid user acquisition
- Familiar with running campaigns on ad platforms such as Google, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Experience in data analytics and the ability to deduce actionable insights
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- SEO/ASO experience is advantageous
- Good understanding of marketing analytics and measurement tools
- Fluency in English is a requirement; German language skills are an advantage
