**Buscamos SDR Junior en Chile - Empresa Confidencial**

Empresa del sector tecnológico está en búsqueda de un **Sales Development Representative (SDR) Junior** para su equipo en Chile, con enfoque en soluciones SAP. Buscamos a alguien con habilidades en prospección, orientación a resultados y ganas de desarrollarse en el mundo de las ventas de tecnología.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Prospectar activamente clientes y oportunidades de negocio en el ecosistema SAP.
- Realizar llamadas en frío y generar interés en soluciones tecnológicas.
- Calificar prospectos y coordinar reuniones con el equipo comercial.
- Gestionar y registrar oportunidades en herramientas CRM.
- Analizar clientes potenciales para identificar necesidades clave.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para maximizar los resultados comerciales.

**Requisitos**:

- Al menos 3 meses de experiência en SDR, ventas o prospección comercial (ideal en tecnología o software).
- Habilidad para generar conversaciones con clientes potenciales y detectar oportunidades.
- Motivación por las ventas B2B y el mundo de la tecnología.
- Capacidad de autogestión y enfoque en resultados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Experiência con herramientas CRM es un plus.
