Join our dynamic team as an **IT Project Manager,** where you’ll play a vital role in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects of varying complexity. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in IT project management and strong stakeholder engagement skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success through effective planning, coordination, and communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement standardized project plans aligned with organizational goals, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and oversee milestones for successful delivery.
- Conduct weekly touchpoints and provide detailed status reports to senior management and clients.
- Continuously improve IT project management processes and best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to gather and clarify project requirements.

Team Leadership
- Lead, inspire, and motivate project teams to achieve shared goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and professional development.

Risk Management
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
- Perform regular risk reviews to ensure continuous oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance
- Establish and uphold quality standards for project deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews to assess and enhance project outcomes.

Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and share comprehensive project status updates with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including plans, requirements, design documents, and issue logs.

Client Communication
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent communication and updates.
- Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years in IT project management roles.
- Preferred background in IT consulting roles or projects overseeing IT consulting engagements.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification (if currently not held, will be obtained within six months, course provided by Flycast)
