**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Design and implement data collection systems and strategies.
- Cleanse and preprocess data for analysis purposes.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings to key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in data management and governance.
