**Role Overview**:
As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in producing compelling video content for performance marketing and paid social media assets across major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Linkedin, Instagram and YouTube Shorts. You will be responsible for designing and executing storyboards that effectively communicate brand benefits and drive sales in core markets. This role demands strong skills in video editing, colour grading, and animation, using tools like Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for the creation of our performance marketing
- and paid social video assets, with a focus on Meta, TikTok, Linkedin, Snap and Youtube Shorts
- Development and execution of storyboards focused on communicating on the companies benefits and push sales in global core markets
- Editing & colour grading of video footage and audio for various campaigns and performance marketing assets
- Input animations, graphics, text, and sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and adapting voice-overs
- Ensure that all video content meets brand guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing & AI tools
**Requirements**:
- A degree in Cinematography, Multimedia or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years working as a Motion Graphic Designer or Video Editor required
- Excellent computer skills, including Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut
- Current portfolio mandatory for consideration

- ** Strengthening Visual Identity**:Contribute to the enhancement of the organisation's visual identity across various digital platforms, incorporating creative ideas and graphic design for print and digital media. Implement strategies to reinforce brand recognition and awareness through consistent visual elements, utilising image research, selection, and small image retouching of beauty motifs and product images to quickly present initial ideas.
- ** Continuous Development of Digital Designs**:Actively engage in the evolution of digital designs and content to adapt to changing market dynamics and emerging technologies, drawing from several years of experience in developing new designs and creating corporate designs, ideally in the beauty sector. Explore and implement innovative design concepts to maintain competitiveness in the digital landscape, not afraid of the blank sheet of paper and excelling in the new development of modern designs that are state of the art.
