Your role at Clorox:
As the Sales Manager MT at Clorox you will be defining the strategy to deliver volume, Net Sales, excellence in AMPS execution (Assortment, merchandising, pricing y shelving), and profit results consistent with country category strategies and Trade Spending guidelines. Also you will be responsible for developing strong collaborative relationships that result in exceptional execution of Clorox KPI´s. You will be have high exposure in the organization, reporting directly to the Sales Director LATAM & dotted line to Country Manager

In this role, you will:

- Manages, coaches and develop direct reports. Develop individual capabilities to promote growth and build their career path
- Excellence in AMPS execution defining the strategy for MT channel in order to increase WD, volume & SOM
- Achieve Clorox sales Budget in terms of volume, NCS, profit and Market shares for the channel while building strong collaborative relationship with customers and complying with ICC.
- Constant Monitoring of market and competitors, analyze scorecards, identify opportunities and prepare action plans to improve efficiency coupled with a correct coexistence with Regional/National Wholesalers and distributors

What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience:

- +8 years in Sales and solid experience as Sales Manager or Senior Key account Manager
- Preference Multinational companies from Food, Cleaning or Personal care or CPG
- Excellence in AMPS execution, develop action plans to increase coverage, maintain and optimize portfolio to improve profit
- Optimize Profit, volume and NCS
- Assure fulfillment of Clorox strategies within the market
- Experience leading sales teams
- Develop and coach Sales force to reinforce succession plans within the function

Skills and Abilities:

- Strong leadership, ownership, strategic thinking, team work, effective communication, Analytical capacity, planning and organization, proactivity, high potential resource
- Good manage of productivity tools (Excel, SAP, Power Point, etc).
- English (advanced level)

Education Level/Degree:

- University degree oriented to Business
- Ideal with Master degrees in Marketing, Sales or Finance
