Lo que implica este trabajo
Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Facility Coordinator para unirse a nuestro equipo:
**Zona de trabajo**: Providencia, Santiago, Chile.

**Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hs.

**Modalidad de trabajo**: Presencial.

**Tipo de contratación**: Tiempo indeterminado.

Este rol es responsable de velar por el correcto funcionamiento de los sitios asignados, manteniendo la satisfacción del cliente.

¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Mantener el nível de satisfacción del cliente en el área de Facility Management y dar soporte a los programas para incrementar la satisfacción.
Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los sitios asignados, en cuanto soft y hard servicies: limpieza, cafetería, insumos, así como el mantenimiento de equipos de refrigeración, partes eléctricas, sistemas contra incendio.
Alcanzar Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitorear el nível de respuesta (SLAs) de todos los servicios y proveedores mensualmente con el fin de identificar potenciales desafíos y planes correctivos.
Asistir en el despacho de órdenes de servicio al equipo técnico, proveedores, etc. utilizando el software que soporte la operación.
Inspección de las locaciones asignadas y sus bienes reportando proactivamente a su manager las deficiencias o áreas de mejora.
Dar soporte en normas de Higiene ocupacional y salud ambiental, manteniendo métricas en la plataforma AIMS.
Asistir al Facility Manager con reportes de budget, conciliación de facturas, creación de órdenes de compra, reciclado, procurando todos los implementos necesarios para un desarrollo exitoso de la operación.

Experiência y habilidades técnicas deseadas
Excel
Inglés intermedio
Experiência en facilities management.

Se requiere
Estudiantes o graduados de carrera universitaria.
2-3 años de experiência en gestión de mantenimientos.
Disponibilidad 24*7 para atender emergencias.
