Are resourceful and scrappy, and don't wait for permission to fix whats brokenHave experience working in fast-paced startups or founder-led companiesEnjoy managing calendars, inboxes, and messy GTM pipelinesCan jump between writing crisp emails, updating task trackers, and pushing projects forwardAre a systems-thinker with a knack for simplifying and organizing complexity What Youll Do Inbox & Calendar Management Triage and manage the executive inbox with judgment and speedDraft follow-ups, flag priority emails, and schedule key meetingsPrepare quick executive summaries and daily/weekly briefingsTrack investor, sales, and partner correspondence to ensure no momentum is lost Sales & CRM Support Log notes, update deal stages, and maintain a clean, organized CRMEnsure leads from email and other channels are entered, tagged, and followed throughSupport creation and tracking of contracts and customer invoicesMonitor signups from the free tier and coordinate invoice workflows Marketing & Content Operations Help manage the content calendar, blog updates, and newslettersDraft or refine short-form content for social media, investor updates, and emailCoordinate basic event logistics and outbound preparation (lists, invites, follow-ups)Keep documentation and project trackers up to date Ops & Process Coordination Support weekly team task triage and executionIntroduce lightweight operational fixes for recurring gaps (e.g., template creation, task automation)Ensure cross-functional projects stay on track, nudging stakeholders as needed Tools Youll Use Google SuiteChatGPTLinear (task management)Slab (documentation)SlackPlease apply through this application link: https://operationsarmy.com/application
