About the client:Our client is a Canadian digital marketing agency specializing in helping cannabis dispensaries grow through comprehensive digital solutions. They transform websites into lead-generating assets while building brand awareness through various web development channels.About the role:We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager with extensive experience in Local, on-page/off-page, and technical SEO, and a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search rankings using data-driven strategies.This role calls for a proactive expert capable of taking full ownership of the SEO department, including strategy development and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will be an analytical, data-driven decision-maker with a strong ability to refine SEO processes and optimize workflows.Experience in a digital marketing agency is required.What you’ll be doing:Create, implement, and refine SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and conversions, specifically for wellness businesses.Continuously test and adjust SEO tactics based on performance dataUse data-driven metrics to assess SEO performance, identify improvements, and adjust strategies as neededAlign SEO efforts with clients' broader marketing goals, ensuring measurable resultsWho are we looking for?At least 2+ years of experience as a team lead/manager with all over 6+ years of experience in SEO.Fluent in English, oral and written.Extensive knowledge in on-page, off-page, local SEO, and technical SEOExpertise in keyword research, content strategy, link building, and conducting site auditsExperience in managing multiple client accountsExperience in local SEO for service-area businessesPosition: SEO SpecialistWorking Hours: 9 am to 5 pm ESTHolidays: US HolidaysSalary: USD 1600 - USD 2400 per monthInternal Job ID: 1058
