Description El Project Manager es responsable por la dirección general, planificación, ejecución, control y finalización de los proyectos a su cargo, de acuerdo con los compromisos contractuales y en cumplimiento de las políticas, procesos y procedimientos de la empresa para la ejecución de proyectos.
Objetivos * Administrar técnica y comercialmente los proyectos asignados.
* Propiciar soluciones que provengan de la oferta de Schneider Electric Chile - Process Automation * Asegurar la rentabilidad definida y la satisfacción del cliente en la ejecución del proyecto en los plazos establecidos.
Responsabilidades Principales * Organizar y planificar los proyectos a su cargo, supervisando el progreso de cada uno de sus proyectos y el cumplimiento del cronograma de todos los proyectos adjudicados para varios clientes.
* Administrar y gestionar en forma efectiva los costos presupuestados del proyecto.
* Identificar y gestionar los riesgos y oportunidades del proyecto.
* Ejecutar los proyectos a su cargo de acuerdo con los procesos standard establecidos por Schneider Electric para garantizar el rendimiento del proyecto, la entrega a tiempo y la satisfacción del cliente.
* Liderar el proceso de revisión y aprobación de especificaciones técnicas y decisiones sobre comentarios técnicos planteados por el cliente.
* Liderar y conducir la relación con el cliente durante la ejecución del proyecto.
* Llevar a cabo una comunicación efectiva con el equipo de proyecto y los demás departamentos de la planta * Ejecutar proyectos en coordinación con los departamentos y las personas asignadas de Ingeniería, Supply Chain, Manufactura y Calidad de Proyectos.
* Gestionar en forma eficiente las ordenes de cambio y reclamos por parte del cliente.
* Responsable por la Satisfacción del Cliente y el margen del Proyecto durante la ejecución * Presentaciones requeridas para el cliente y la Gcia.

Qualifications Formación y Experiencia * Ingeniería Civil industrial, eléctrico, electrónico, Químico, mecatrónico, Ingenieros comerciales o afines * Experiencia segmentos: industrial, celulosa, minero * Experiencia sólida y comprobable en cargos similares.
* Manejo de proyectos, trabajo previo en empresas de Ingeniería y/o automatización.
* Conocimientos específicos en Herramientas Informáticas (Excel, Cad, Project).
* Deseable interpretación de Diagramas Eléctricos, Desarrollo de Proyectos Eléctricos/ Electromecá propuestas de Proyectos BT/MT.
* Manejo de conceptos financieros (rentabilidad de proyectos, márgenes, costos industriales/composición de costos, aplicación del VAN y elaboración de propuesta de propuestas de Proyectos BT/MT.
* Deseable poseer entrenamiento formal de Project Management en base PMBOK conducente a la certificación PMP.
* Deseable conocimientos comprobables en PMI.
* Manejar conceptos de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
Capacidad de reconocer peligros y riesgos del área de trabajo donde se desempeña, Identificar el impacto y las implicancias que las propias acciones y decisiones tendrán en el medio ambiente.
