Housekeeping Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group. As a key member of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through seamless execution of premium services.

• Owns the guests experience related to cleanliness and visual impressions onboard.
• Offers a seamless execution of premium service that is both exceptional and memorable.
• Possesses outstanding hospitality, communication, and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have two to three years of progressive Housekeeping managerial experience, preferably in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship environment. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field from an accredited college or university is also preferred.
