Job Summary:The Quality Assurance and Improvement Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on quality control processes across the Top 5 Mining Groups. This role will involve analyzing monthly QCS regional reports, escalating issues related to non-compliance with deadlines and actions, and generating early alerts to address process inefficiencies and deviations.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze monthly QCS regional reports and escalate issues related to non-compliance with deadlines and actions.
- Generate early alerts to address process inefficiencies and deviations.
- Consolidate NCR data from Top 5 Mining Groups to develop trend reports, impact assessments, and corrective recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, industrial, commercial and/or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in quality control or assurance.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- English advanced level spoken and written.
