We're seeking a talented software engineer to join our team at Sezzle. As a senior member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative products. You'll work closely with other engineers across multiple teams to evaluate and deploy software tools, processes, and metrics.

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll partner with other engineers to design, develop, and deliver new features.
  • Evaluating and deploying software tools, processes, and metrics is a key part of this role.
  • You'll provide support and consulting on software systems usage.
  • Ensuring compliance with project plans and industry standards is also essential.

Ideal Skills and Experience

  • Experience working on single-page web applications (SPA) is a must.
  • You should have experience with backend API development.
  • Relational database storage and retrieval skills are also required.
  • Familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology, and release processes is necessary.
  • A BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
