About the Role

You'll be responsible for performing technical tasks, mainly pre-defined, to accomplish defined service delivery work for customer equipment. This includes:

  • Performing basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components to a system, basic engineering, and maintenance jobs on-site and remotely.
  • Supporting customers remotely and onsite, and providing 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.
  • Coordinating and accomplishing defined service operations and/or resolving product issues for customers' equipment.
  • Supporting in generating sales leads for pre-defined service offers and contributing to planning activities.
  • Adhering to defined processes and applicable regulations.

What You Need to Succeed

We're looking for individuals with a passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change. You'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wind farms.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as pressure gauges, multimeters, and current clamps, as well as torque tools.
  • Technical knowledge of measuring pressures, voltage, and consumption, as well as hydraulic and electrical diagrams.
