You will integrate directly into our client's team as a Scrum Master, working alongside designers and engineers on a daily basis.

1. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development teams.
2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
3. Advanced English language skills are required.
4. A successful college degree is essential.
5. At least 2 years of professional experience in Agile environments.
6. Experience using JIRA as a Scrum Master is preferred.
7. Manual QA testing experience is beneficial.
8. Proven ability to work with geo-diverse teams across multiple time zones.
9. Experience with product backlog management and refinement is valuable.
10. Excellent collaboration skills within a remote team setting.
11. Ability to adapt to new challenges and contribute to knowledge sharing.
12. Strong attention to detail and a positive mindset.
