The Employee Lifecycle Expert - Time and Attendance will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of Time & Attendance activities for external employees and clients. This role emphasizes legal compliance, delivering an exceptional employee experience, and maintaining efficient processes.
Main Accountabilities- Develop and maintain policies and procedures that align with legal requirements.
- Provide subject matter expertise for internal and external queries related to Employee Lifecycle matters, particularly in the context of Time & Attendance.
- Collaborate with clients and employees to address inquiries and provide guidance on Time & Attendance issues.
