Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes a range of incentives, benefits, growth opportunities, and developmental support. Our salary estimates reflect various factors, including location, departmental budgets, certifications, and job-related qualifications. For this role, we estimate a salary within the range of $120,000.00 - $145,000.00.
Job Description:
This exempt full-time position requires an experienced creative professional who can bridge strategic thinking and hands-on creativity. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, embody NVE's core behaviors, and possess leadership experience in both people and project management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of groundbreaking concepts and oversee their execution, ensuring ideas remain magical from concept to reality.
- Independently own small to mid-sized projects, overseeing all aspects of creative development – concept, storytelling, and design.
- Act as an inspiration source and guide for the creative team through active participation in the Concept Studio and broader creative department.
- Prepare and present client-facing materials, clearly articulating the strategy and vision behind NVE's work.
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality creative output by providing constructive feedback.
- Grow into managing creative teams on projects and developing people management skills.
- Evaluate and approve project deliverables to ensure they meet project briefs and exceed expectations.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team environment.
