About the Role:

This Senior Regional Manager will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals across North and South America. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure regional alignment with global marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals to execute regional marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Monitor and report on regional marketing performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Global Office of Marketing and Communications to ensure strategic alignment.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  3. Proven ability to lead regional teams across multiple countries.
  4. Extensive knowledge of North and South American markets.
  5. Proven success in executing regional marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Fluent in English.
  8. Experience in digital marketing and marketing analytics.
  9. Ability to work cross-functionally.
