- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights to stakeholders.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
- Conduct monthly and annual closings, reconciling accounts for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor project budgets and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in audits and preparation of audit schedules as required.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and systems for enhanced efficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the construction industry.
- Highly skilled using Acumatica ERP software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and construction industry practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
