We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team at Growatt New Energy.
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers in Chile, ensuring rapid response times and swift solutions. On-site field service travel may be required.
- Provide expert guidance to installers on product installation, monitoring, and maintenance, as well as training on product features and operation.
- Sort and translate technical documents, summarizing competitor information to inform product improvement at headquarters.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for retailers, installers, and other stakeholders on product features, warranty procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
- A degree in Electronics or a related field is preferred, with relevant work experience in the electronics industry an advantage.
- Fluent Spanish language skills are essential, with proficiency in English or Chinese required for internal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with an active attitude, conscientiousness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
