The Global Construction and Infrastructure Division is seeking a talented Senior Sales and Service Representative for the Southern district of Latin America. This role focuses on achieving market share targets and service growth for Caterpillar in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve market share targets and service growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Design and assist dealers with forecasts, sales strategies, and new product rollouts.
  • Present products and services to stakeholders, addressing customer questions and needs.
  • Collaborate with business partners to resolve product defects for end users in partnership with dealers.
  • Ensure adherence to business process guidelines for variance programs and commercial actions.

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Engineering.
  • Experience in Sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in commercial roles with dealer/customer interactions.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Caterpillar products and applications.
  • Strong drive and organizational skills.
  • English Advanced.
