The Global Construction and Infrastructure Division is seeking a talented Senior Sales and Service Representative for the Southern district of Latin America. This role focuses on achieving market share targets and service growth for Caterpillar in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve market share targets and service growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Design and assist dealers with forecasts, sales strategies, and new product rollouts.
- Present products and services to stakeholders, addressing customer questions and needs.
- Collaborate with business partners to resolve product defects for end users in partnership with dealers.
- Ensure adherence to business process guidelines for variance programs and commercial actions.
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Engineering.
- Experience in Sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years in commercial roles with dealer/customer interactions.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Caterpillar products and applications.
- Strong drive and organizational skills.
- English Advanced.
