As a Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Automation Expert, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and executing automated testing strategies to ensure the highest quality of our software products. Your expertise in automation tools and frameworks will drive efficiency in the testing process and support continuous integration and delivery efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive product testing strategy as the cornerstone of QA, guiding testing automation backlog decisions and implementation.
- Define an optimized Testing Strategy and Life Cycle (TSLC) for the product team, ensuring proper test coverage and tracking.
- Support teams in developing test cases, test plans, and documenting test execution (manual and automatic).
- Design and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts for various software products, proposing best solutions for mock and fake components and systems.
- Create optimized testing environments for regression, end-to-end, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality products while boosting performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and integrate automated tests into build and deployment pipelines.
- Design and implement best practices for test automation to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews of automated tests to ensure adherence to coding standards and optimize test execution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to QA team members on automation techniques and best practices.
- Develop and deliver reports, metrics, and documentation related to test automation efforts and outcomes.
