The Role:
- Lead contractual negotiations with third parties.
- Review contracts from a commercial, operational perspective, negotiate, and liaise with the legal team as required.
- Advise internal stakeholders on commercial & contract risks and develop risk management strategies.
- Ensure all contracts comply with corporate policy and meet regulatory requirements.
- Track and report on contracts reviewed monthly/quarterly.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members while ensuring high operational standards.
- Provide administrative assistance to Executives and other support functions.
Ideal Profile:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Contract Manager within Other Services, Real Estate, and Software / SaaS.
- Organized with good interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Gsuite, Transaction Coordination, MLS & Listing Management, Tech & Software Proficiency, Attention to Detail & Accuracy, Problem-Solving & Adaptability, Research & Due Diligence, Organizational & Time Management Skills, Communication & Coordination, and Self-Motivation & Initiative.
- Analytical skills comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- Paying strong attention to detail and delivering work of high standard.
- A strong team player managing multiple stakeholders.
