**Job Description**
As a Product Manager at Formula, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of complex software applications. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, defining product strategies, and ensuring successful project delivery.
**Responsibilities**
- Product Ownership
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and requirements, driving strategic product decisions for optimal results.
- Lead and inspire delivery teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of complex software solutions.
- Define key milestones and own all project management activities, partnering with design & engineering to oversee the delivery of each project milestone.
- Break down user requirements into epics and user stories for the development team to work on, leading backlog refinement and iteration planning.
- Build strong relationships and trust with clients, partnering with them to understand their needs and uncover the scope of work.
- Foster alignment on our mission amongst client stakeholders, identifying and communicating risks with internal leadership.
**Must-Have Skills**
- 4+ years of professional experience as an individual contributor on software development projects, managing the end-to-end software product lifecycle.
- Ability to establish and maintain credibility with internal and external partners, pitching value to different audiences.
**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Agile processes certification (Scrum Master or Product Owner), strong understanding of web technologies, technical concepts, and APIs.
