Your Role

and responsibilities:

You will oversee diverse teams globally, delivering essential solutions and services to prominent Market Infrastructure Operators and emerging markets. Your role will encompass vital project management tasks and engaging with stakeholders to cultivate strong relationships and trust with clients, which may occasionally necessitate travel to client locations.

In this position, you will have the chance to collaborate with a highly skilled team, delivering intricate technology solutions to international clients. You will work alongside and learn from subject matter experts, gaining opportunities to assume greater responsibilities and advance within the Project Management team.

Furthermore, you will:

Manage overall project planning and follow-up, collaborating closely with the Nasdaq sales representative and your counterpart project manager at the client. Handle stakeholder management as part of reporting to monthly internal and external steering committees. Provide progress reporting and ensure quality assurance. Create and monitor budgets. Conduct risk management, including mitigation strategies.

We expect you to have:

A minimum of 12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in a Technology & Project Management capacity. Experience in Project Management, Test Management, or Technical Account Management with complex technical systems in an international context. A proven track record of managing large, complex delivery projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial budgeting and planning to client project acceptance. A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Experience in leading other Project Managers as a Program Manager, with a passion for mentoring to help develop Project teams and our Project Management team. Ability to engage and collaborate closely with external clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Knowledge and experience in a cross-functional environment, understanding the complete Software Development lifecycle (requirements, architecture, development, and verification). Familiarity with Financial Technology and its role in supporting financial infrastructure and capabilities. Education Qualification: A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.

It would be advantageous if you:

Have experience with both agile and traditional Waterfall project methodologies. Have a background as a developer, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or similar roles. Possess SaaS experience, which will be considered a plus. Have experience managing agile projects and serving as a Scrum Master.
