We are seeking dedicated and passionate educators to join our team as After-School Opportunity for Educators in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field. As a vital member of our clinical team, you will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
  • Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
  • Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
