We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at Sutherland Global. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in operations management to drive business growth and excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead the management of cluster/community performance by coordinating weekly coaching sessions, call audits, and huddles to ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies, training programs, and action plans to enhance operational efficiency.
- As a key member of the client-facing team, contribute to delivering exceptional service by providing weekly deliverables that include coaching compliance, attendance analysis, and recommendations for process enhancements.
- A Bachelor's Degree holder or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience in operations and management roles, with a focus on process transformation and improvement.
- Proven track record of success in customer service, preferably within a contact center environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn new tools quickly.
