We are seeking a highly skilled Business Application Specialist to join our Nutreco team. As a key member of our globally distributed team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our digital infrastructure.

• Support and troubleshoot applications to ensure smooth operation
• Develop and improve business application processes to align with business needs
• Expand solutions to accommodate other business systems and emerging needs
• Participate in or lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
• Provide training and guidance to business partners and remote teams
• Collect business requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Define project charters and oversee project management efforts

• Extensive experience with M3 functional application support, specifically with the Pricing modules and order-to-cash processes
• Good technical skills and knowledge of relevant sales processes
• Project Management experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average
