Xe is a forward-thinking company that requires an experienced professional to fill the role of AI Engineer.
Key responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure and processes for deploying machine learning models in production environments. This involves tasks such as creating feature stores, developing delivery pipelines, automating model training and evaluation, and monitoring performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong software engineering and machine learning skills, as well as experience working with cloud computing platforms like AWS or GCP.
The salary for this position is estimated at around $125,000 per year, based on industry standards and the required skill set. However, please note that salaries may vary depending on individual circumstances.

- Design, develop, and maintain real-time machine learning features using production-level programming techniques.
- Create and manage a central feature store, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Automate the training, evaluation, and deployment of machine learning models, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and optimize machine learning model performance in production environments.
- Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to ensure successful integration of machine learning models into existing systems and processes.
- Identify and implement best practices for managing and optimizing machine learning models in production environments.
- Bld and maintain production-level real-time and batch MLOps pipelines.
- Develop and maintain ML Entity Resolution service.
- Design, develop, and maintain multiple ML microservices and APIs.
This role requires a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with strong object and service-oriented programming skills in Python. Experience with relational and unstructured databases, data lakes, and modern containerization techniques is also essential. Effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial for success in this position.
