Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at AC Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through your expertise in mixology and beverage service.

• Develop and execute innovative cocktail menus that showcase local flavors and trends
• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for each guest
• Collaborate with colleagues to anticipate and deliver on guest needs, exceeding expectations
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to enhance the guest experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
