We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Manager for Marketing & Communications to lead and guide our virtual regional team in TUV RHEINLAND CHILE S A. As the Americas Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing plans that align with global marketing strategies and business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Manage a decentralized marketing and communications team across North America and South America, ensuring regional alignment and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and control regional marketing budgets to ensure cost-efficient use of resources.

You will report directly to the Corporate Global Office of Marketing and Communications in Cologne, Germany, ensuring smooth communication and strategic alignment. If you have a proven track record of success in marketing and communications, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven ability to lead regional teams across multiple countries in North and South America.
  • Extensive knowledge of North and South American markets, with the ability to adapt strategies to cultural and regional differences.
  • Proven success in executing regional marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English.
