Job Summary:

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Técnico/a de Campo to join our team. As a key member of our operations and maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our radiocommunication systems.

About the Role:

You will install, repair, and maintain our communication systems, providing exceptional service to our clients while meeting strict deadlines. Your duties will include:

  • Equipment Installation: Installing telecommunications equipment and instruments in accordance with company safety and quality standards.
  • System Knowledge: Familiarizing yourself with various telecommunications systems and performing tasks related to their maintenance.
  • Maintenance Tasks: Conducting routine maintenance on portable, mobile, and other equipment as required, including site-specific tasks based on geographic location.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving system issues in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of work completed, adhering to SLA-KPIs, and submitting reports as necessary.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educational Background: A degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in electrical, maintenance, or RF-related activities.
  • Desirable Skills: Knowledge of telecommunications, Astro 25 systems, and experience in mining industries.
