Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct job analysis to determine essential skills, experience, and qualifications for each position.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes.
  • Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate terms and conditions of employment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems.

What We Look For:

  • Experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the Advisory and Consulting sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good understanding of the industry or sector in which they are recruiting, including trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
  • Effectively targeting candidates and providing valuable insights to hiring managers.
